10mins walk from airport train station, linked by underpass. More suitable for business travel rather than for family leisure. Convienient location to Zurich HB with 10mins travel duration.

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located within the airport, making it easy to access on foot. It is very convenient for travelers with early or late flights. Overall, the amenities are good, and luggage storage is available for 3–4 days (with an extra charge per day and per bag). However, there were a few issues during my stay. There was no hot or warm water in my room, even late at night after a long flight, and I was unable to reach the reception by phone for assistance. In addition, the front desk staff were polite but not very friendly or welcoming. On a positive note, the lobby bar staff were friendly and provided good service. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Excellent stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to the terminal. Facilities are very good, excellent insulation in the room, very quiet and new. Takeaway croissant and coffee in the morning. Would definitely go back.

機場里面能直通客運大樓的兩間酒店之一，房間挺大，衞生狀況良好，這里有個小建議，如果在酒店大堂的位置，能有一個機場航班訊息的牌就更好了（凌晨退了房走到外面才看到航班取消了）

位置絕佳，機場旁。有專用通道前往，無須露天步行。機場抵達大堂指示牌清楚展示酒店名牌，步行由提取行李後出口步行約 3 至 5 分鐘。酒店內餐廳消費稍高，但環境一流及美味。適合趕早機旅客。
